The objectives to the study were: establish the relationship between financial support from government, to schools and the implementation of universal basic education in Rwanda and to determine the extent of relationship between material support from government and the implementation of universal basic education in Rwanda and establish the relationship between level of legal support and the implementation of universal basic education in Rwanda. |
