Abstract: | The Ministry of Education has asked private and public universities to invest in incubation hubs to enable students nurture their ideas into projects that create jobs. Speaking at ISBAT University's first graduation ceremony in Kampala yesterday, Prof. John Chrysostom Muyingo, the State Minister for Higher Education, said investment in research and innovation is a key component of university teaching and learning. |
