Abstract: | The purpose of the study was to identify the effect of the current performance appraisal for support staff at National Hospital Insurance Fund. The outcome of the study indicates that the current performance appraisal for support staff in National Hospital Insurance Fund is not effective. The management has tried to establish a uniform performance appraisal system but the supervisor has not yet taken it with the seriousness it deserves. |
